Traders often feel that a bottom has been reached, and maybe at times they really do hit the bottom. However, in a market where stock prices are rapidly declining, your feelings must be supported by the actual trading status of the stocks.
The most interesting thing is that those who try to catch the true bottom usually do not make money for two reasons:
◎ When you guess wrong, you will suffer huge losses.
◎ Even if you look back and see that you really did catch the bottom, you cannot be certain that this price is indeed the bottom when you enter the market, so you are likely to sell too early.
