#BeCautious – Scam Ad about $XRP Reward Event
There was an ad running on YouTube about an "XRP Reward event" where you sent XRPs to a "malicious address" and they duplicated them 🚩.
"Too good to be true", so I researched and there are many incongruences that reveal "Paula's lie":
1️⃣ The channel name was Ripple, like the official channel, but was not verified, and the username was @PaulaDht instead of @Ripple - The channel was well-designed, they had playlists from Ripple's official channel, and the channel seems credible.
2️⃣ In the comment section there were people selling you the deal. No one was questioning anything, and despite the video showing that you only had one chance to double your investment, there were cheats to trap beginners into the comments section.
3️⃣ In Ripple's official X account there was no information about the event. Also, I guess that 100,000,000 XRPs deserve to be announced anticipated.
4️⃣ "Paula's Channel" was deleted. Unfortunately, the video had been running since March 27, and had +155,000 views.
* I attached some proofs below.
Finally, I am sharing this post because some years ago I lost money on something like this. I won't repeat the story, and I regard correct to remind you to investigate before putting your money in a scam.
