🏠 I bought a house in Thailand while I am in U.S

Th story begins easily, and I just remember I took about 1 year to complete all from zero. Oh don't worry, there is no advise here for being rich. No sweat! 😓

I am not the professional real estate investor. I just have the savings and want to start the ivestment, that is:

- Good profit (can tolerate the inflation and make interest)

- Risk-anti (might be a little bit risk, long term to earn and good liquidity)

- Mutable assets (I dont like unmobing house, not create any values and no one rent it)

That was all thing with Solidity-First person like me. I think straight forward to real estate, but you know it overpasses what I have to spend all savings for just a house.

Whereas I learn about blockchain, I learn about #RWA too. It can afford my demand, with fractional investment and multiple choices to buy. I like the way they break the risks and diversify the portfolio with small fund initiatives.

I researched a lot of platforms; all tokenized assets come from the building and luxurious commodities. I need something that can move , sit and stand, monetize,... earn more.

rwanova.io is some kind of that. They listed all projects coming from hot business models and environment-driven ones. I think it can stay on the top of trend at least about 20 years from now on while the NET ZERO topic is too hot for the world.

You know that the potential is never clear. You just see your chance by yourself when you feel the regret of missing out on something and when you read my story.
