🪙 Ripple agreed to withdraw the appeal it filed against the SEC and to pay $50 million out of the originally imposed fine of $125 million.
At the same time, the SEC asked Judge Torres to lift the restrictions placed on Ripple.
Once the Commission votes, the SEC's case against Ripple will be officially concluded.
