#VoteToDelistOnBinance Binance Introduces Community Voting for Asset Delisting, Started on March 21, 2025

Binance has unveiled a new initiative allowing its community to vote on the potential removal of certain digital assets from the platform. This marks the first phase of community-driven voting, set to begin on March 21, 2025.

This initiative is designed to foster greater user participation by enabling Binance users to have a say in the fate of assets flagged with a Monitoring Tag.

The voting window will remain active until 11:59 p.m. UTC on March 27, 2025. To take part in the voting, users must maintain at least 0.01 BNB in their verified Binance accounts throughout the entire voting period.

Each verified user can support up to five different projects, with one vote assigned per project.

Binance's standard delisting process already includes a thorough evaluation of listed assets to ensure compliance with industry standards. The review takes into account several factors, including development activity, commitment from the project team, trading volume, network security, community participation, and adherence to due diligence requirements.

Additionally, Binance considers any signs of unethical behavior or shifts in regulatory guidelines.
