Today I want to share an amazing privacy project with everyone — Nillion! It has successfully launched on Binance Launchpool; this time I borrowed 720 BNB to participate in the new token offering. After 24 hours of 'mining', I have currently earned 330 tokens, and the borrowing interest to be paid is 0.25 BNB, which is approximately 160 USD based on current market conditions. Calculating this, the cost of borrowing for the new token offering is 160 divided by 330, which is about 0.48 USD.
This time, there is an airdrop of 35 million NIL, with 18 million BNB participating in the new token offering. Each BNB can mine approximately 3500/1800 = 1.94 tokens. If each BNB is valued at 5 USD, the opening price of a single NIL should be around 5/1.94 = 2.57 USD, with 195 million NIL circulating at the opening. If calculated at 2.57 USD, the market capitalization at the opening would be 1.95 * 2.57 = 500 million USD. Most of the Launchpool projects on Binance in the past year have had an opening circulating market value of around 300-500 million USD, but the market has recently been sluggish. Considering various factors, I speculate that the opening price will be around 1.2-1.5 USD, and each BNB can allocate around 2-3 USD.
It is worth mentioning that, according to an article by well-known blogger ericsj (you can look at screenshot four), this Nillion project is very impressive. According to his analysis, the valuation in the primary market is 600 million USD, while the current pre-market price in the secondary market is 0.9 USD, valuing it at 900 million USD, less than double, indicating potential for growth.
