Ok so we've all read that trading outside of the exchange isn't recommended. I've tripled my investment in a couple of hours, but I've also lost everything.
My loss was because i invested in a copycat Pi coin. I knew it was a copycat, but it was rising quickly. My investment had increased 5x in a little over an hour. I decided to keep holding. Another hour later that coin was worthless, it had been dumped.
My only advice I can give if trading outside of the Exchange is this:
-always make sure you have a little bit of $SOL , $ETH , and $BNB to cover fees and gas costs, otherwise you won't be able to sell.
-only grab coins in their first 24 hrs, try and take advantage of that very first pump.
-sell right away, do NOT hold for more than an hour, two hours tops.
