Binance Introduces the First Batch Vote to List Campaign
This is a general announcement. Products and services referred to here may not be available in your region.
Fellow Binancians,
Binance values community input and recognizes it as a key driving force in the course of our development. We recently introduced two community co-governance listing mechanisms, Vote to List and Vote to Delist, as part of our efforts to enhance our spot listing governance and give the community a greater voice.
We now invite users to participate and vote on the first batch of Vote to List projects under the official post (the page will be available within 30 minutes after this announcement) on Binance Square Official. The first batch of Vote to List is exclusively for BNB Smart Chain-based tokens. Future voting rounds will expand to include all tokens featured in Binance Alpha.
We consider a variety of factors to determine the Vote to List pool.
Project Fundamentals and Performance Metrics:
Consumer products, infrastructure projects and other non-meme projects:User Adoption: Established user base or verified adoption metricsBusiness Model: Viable business model with clear growth pathways and profitability prospectsSector Relevance: Relevance to trending crypto themes and emerging narrativesFor Memecoins: Strong community foundation and cultural resonance
Tokenomics:
Token Distribution: Unique number of holders, concentration of holdings among insiders, market makers, or developers Vesting Schedule: Vesting schedules and unlock events
Secondary Market Performance:
Trading volume, liquidity depth, and historical price volatility Fully diluted valuation (FDV) and market capitalization (MCap)
Technical Risk Assessment:
Token and relevant contracts for potential risksCode quality, innovation potential, system complexity, centralization risks, external audit history, dependency management, and prior security incidents
Team Background and Compliance Review:
Background check of the key team and key relevant stakeholdersCompliance-related risks assessment,such as sanctions and other financial risks.
We are now opening Vote to List for the following projects, from which two tokens will be selected for spot listing on Binance after completing our official due diligence and procedures.

The introduction of Vote to List does not change the existing due diligence review process, which is mandatory for all tokens featured on Binance Alpha to get listed on Binance Spot. Binance continuously monitors the performance and quality of assets on Binance Alpha.
How to Vote:
The voting period will begin within 30 minutes of publishing this announcement and last for seven days from 2025-03-19 17:00 (UTC) to 2025-03-26 16:59 (UTC) (the “Voting Period”).Users must be logged in to their verified Binance accounts and hold a minimum of at least 0.01 BNB in their master accounts throughout the Voting Period for their votes to be eligible.Each user can vote for up to 5 projects, with the option to vote for fewer if desired.Each verified account can only allocate one vote for one project.All votes should comply with the Vote to List Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Condition”). Non-eligible votes and votes that violated the Terms and Conditions will be eliminated at the end of the Voting Period. We will announce the final valid voting numbers after the Voting Period ends.Only votes cast under the official post on Binance Square Official will be considered and counted.Results will be updated in real-time on the Binance Square Official channel. However, these results are not final. The voting result will not determine the final spot listing decision, which is subject to comprehensive due diligence. Additionally, the listing timeline will depend on Binance's listing procedures.Tokens that were not selected for spot listing this round may still have the opportunity to participate in future Vote to List pools, depending on their continuous performance and quality.

Vote to List may not be available in your region.
