can $PEPE again recover???

still can't be sure for a proper bullish momentum cuz from last 8 hr it is in sideways in 1 hr timeframe, but it's above 50 EMA(blue Line). very confusing

we may confirm after RSI(14) reach or go above 70. Then can go for buy long option and also use MACD for extra confirmation. Here is a 1hr chart of $PEPE
