Dear Binance team members,
I would like to address you as a user affected by the recent IP blocking that has been reported in certain regions. I understand that this type of measure may be motivated by internal or regulatory policies, but I would like to raise some concerns about the impact that this decision may have on the global community of users.
In my particular case, I use *Starlink* as my internet service provider, a platform recognized worldwide for its coverage and advanced technology. Given that Starlink serves millions of users in various countries and regions, the implementation of such a broad block would affect not only individuals but also businesses that rely on Binance to operate.
Considering that Starlink is in the process of becoming one of the largest internet providers in the world, it is reasonable to question whether a measure of this nature can be sustainable or fair. Blocking such a wide range of users solely due to IP allocation does not reflect the intention to facilitate equal access to blockchain-based financial services.
I respectfully request that this measure be reevaluated, prioritizing a solution that ensures regulatory compliance without unfairly penalizing legitimate users. An alternative could be to implement more precise verification systems that allow for the identification and treatment of problematic cases in isolation, rather than applying blanket blocks.
I hope that my concern will be taken into account, and I am willing to provide additional information or collaborate in the search for a balanced solution.
