The reasons is very simple:

1. Uncertainty in futures market

2. Trumpnomics(the fud around tarrifs)

3. Quantitative restrictions (after money printing in covid period🤡 to control inflation fed increases federal funds rate.)

Ok enough with this fake info on media channels

The real reason is Market Cycles.

When the price was elevated inorder to derisk some people took profit. Now they scare retailers by dumping prices and when the retailers are scared they buy in dirt cheap price.(Which is happening now this is the best time to accumulate).Then price skyrocket (bull run) then they will go on media and say bulish things so retailers will buy in this elevated price and then these people will dump.

This will repeat again and again.
