Let's briefly talk about how to break free from a loss? This is a question many people are curious about.
Having experienced two bull markets, I would like to share my experiences:
There are three situations:
(Personal sharing only, for reference)
1. Trapped at a high position
There are two paths to take: either wait for the market to rebound and seize the opportunity to withdraw quickly; or sell some at a high price to reduce your position.
Once the market changes direction, you must stop loss on the trapped position immediately, don't hesitate, just make a reverse operation, buy the opposite position, and you might recover some of your losses.
2. Trapped at a medium price
First, don’t rush, don't rush to cut your losses!
It's crucial to see how the market moves later; once an opportunity arises, you can slightly reduce your position on the trapped position.
Then, based on the market trend and combined with technical analysis, find a good time to add to your position slowly to recover the losses.
3. Trapped at a low position - one word: wait!
Wait for the market to adjust, find opportunities to break free from your losses, or reduce your position when the price is low.
Once the market changes, you must quickly stop loss on the trapped position, don't linger.
Then operate in reverse, buy the opposite, and try to recover the previous losses as much as possible. #美国加征关税
