Binance Founder "CZ" Proposes Conditional Model for Opening Cryptocurrencies: Details "Changpeng Zhao" (CZ), the founder and former CEO of Binance, proposed a new model for issuing cryptocurrencies aimed at reducing market flooding and promoting long-term price stability.
This model relies on a conditional issuance mechanism, where new cryptocurrencies are opened according to specific criteria related to price and time.
According to the idea shared by CZ on the "X" platform on March 1, only 10% of the total supply will be available for sale initially, while the remaining 90% will remain unavailable for trading.
The proceeds from the initial sale will be allocated to funding development, marketing, salaries, and community building.
Future openings for cryptocurrencies will be subject to strict conditions, as a new batch can only be issued after at least six months from the previous issuance, and on the condition that the price has maintained double the previous opening price for at least 30 days.
For example:
If a cryptocurrency is launched at an initial price of $1 in January, the cryptocurrency will not qualify for a new batch release in June unless the price exceeds $2 for 30 consecutive days.
If this condition is met in August, the next issuance will not be available before March of the following year, provided the price reaches $6. #Binance #CZ
