if it had been placed from 0.9 to one dollar then when it hit the market the purchase would have been executed and not wait for it to drop from 0.8 to 0.4

$RED Did you realize that no order below $0.8 was completed? Because it was not a presale of the currency. It was a pre-market with controlled profit, and the last price came out. No one wanted to sell at $0.4 and $0.6 if they already knew the last price of $0.8. Low orders will not be fulfilled, only if the market drops to those prices. You never bought anything, they were just buy orders and you could change them. You could change them at any time during the controlled process. I think no one understood the pre-market with controlled profits. It was a market to sell and buy (with controlled limits).
By the way, we are still in the pre-market, just now without limits. Binance will announce when the normal market opens and in other pairs. In the pre-market, trading can be done the same way.
To enter, I would wait for the price to drop after the boom, but that’s just what I think, review your strategy.
