This usually happens due to user complaints or audits that detect issues in its functioning. If you find an application with this symbol, it is best to remove it. To do so, press and hold the app icon and then select "Delete," as shown in the image.
If you have had issues with any application, report it to support. If many people present the same complaint, the application will be delisted. Remember that the security of the network depends on everyone.
