After a week of contract trading, I have a few heartfelt words to say.
At the beginning, I started with 55.5 U in capital, trading 5 U each time. In just a few days, hey, this money skyrocketed to 650 U. At that time, I felt so good, thinking about going big and raising each trade amount to 50 U, aiming for a tenfold increase.
What happened? I almost lost everything. That day, I felt like I was fighting with my own psychology, struggling for a whole day and night, finally managing to bring the funds back to around 600 U.
At this point, I understood that small-scale operations have their benefits. Trading with 5 U allows for flexibility and finding opportunities for doubling.
But once it hit 50 U, although theoretically I could earn quickly, the odds were still slim, and the mindset was completely different. Winning and losing felt like the blink of an eye; a slight mistake could lead to a wrong decision.
We ordinary people in this market need to recognize our own weight, treat trading as play and learning, and not think about getting rich overnight.
Those big shots who can make a lot of money, which one isn't backed by strong capital and rich experience? Jumping from a few hundred U to tens of thousands of U sounds like a myth, but most of us still need to be grounded.
For a 5 U trade, keep a calm mindset, don't be greedy. If you can't win six out of ten times, you need to quickly stop and rethink your approach.
Trading is not as simple as gambling on luck. You need to look at candlestick charts, keep a close eye on market dynamics, and manage your positions, such as using a three-position strategy. Once you make a wrong judgment, quickly add to your position to reduce losses.
Every trade requires thought; think it through before taking action. Don't be afraid of losing; learn lessons from failures. Never act impulsively and end up losing more than you can recover. If your condition is good and you have more money in your account, you can increase trading size appropriately, but if you hit a bump, you must immediately hit the brakes and not stubbornly try to recover losses.
