It takes time for the market to bottom out, and there are many waves in the middle.
You have to believe in the cycle, either the rise is extreme, or the fall is extreme, rebound and fall, rebound and fall, and keep falling.
Look at the big (the market $BTC ) and do the small (copycat). The market is actually at a high level. Don’t buy at a high level and hold it for a long time and then deceive yourself about how much it will reach in the future, otherwise it is just wishful thinking
