I got the IP given by Binance wallet and got about $5. To transfer IP from biget, I need to withdraw at least 5 IP, so I bought 10 USDT first, then transferred it back to binance wallet and claimed it. I got about 8.6 IP back by clicking swap in the wallet and exchanging it with USDC.e in piper x, but it didn't show any value, so I swapped the IP back and sold it on biget for $15 and made a profit of $5. The reason for USDC.e is because bitlayer can exchange usdc.e and usdc for airdrop, but IP USDC.e and ETH are different from USDC.e, so I can't exchange it on bitlayer.
