The proposal states that in order to respond to changes in the global financial market, enhance Taiwan's financial security, and improve Taiwan's international competitiveness, the government is advised to establish a "Bitcoin strategic reserve mechanism" as part of the country's digital asset reserves, refer to the management method of "gold reserves", and gradually incorporate it into the fiscal policy and financial stability framework.
