Hello, sorry for my message but unfortunately I have been a victim of a possible apparent hacking and I say "apparent" because I also consider that there could have been a security breach on the BINANCE platform, as they operated the funds and the cryptos as if they had access to the web platform, making spot selling operations and then added a wallet after enabling the whitelist.

I have already consulted customer service and the case is documented where a transfer was indeed made to another BINANCE wallet, which they have blocked but I have to file a complaint with the authorities, specifically in Mexico, so that it is through an official order that BINANCE releases the information and an investigation is carried out by the authorities to recover the funds.

Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone guide me on this? Is there anyone in Mexico who could guide me on whether there are possibilities or not to recover the funds? The truth is that it was very strange and I am surprised by the level of control they had over the operations in just a few minutes. I have already filed the corresponding complaint but I don’t know if it will really serve any purpose, and it seems to me that BINANCE is washing its hands or could be hiding some security breach, especially since I see the news today, January 31, 2025, that DeepSeek had a security breach.

The computing equipment is personal and no one else uses it, there definitely was no possibility of keylogging and regarding some kind of phishing it seems very strange to me due to the level of control they had, it doesn’t seem to me that with a phishing they could obtain such a level of control… anyway...
