$XRP hit an all-time high on Wednesday morning (15/01/2025). The price of the popular asset, used to facilitate and settle transactions on the RIPPLE payment platform, soared 14% to $2.99 in the past 24 hours, surpassing its previous all-time high of $2.89 (in early December).
Amid this historic high, we follow the legal battle between SEC x RIPPLE, recently Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse condemned SEC Chairman Gary Gensler for his offensive and combative stance towards the cryptocurrency market, Ripple CEO posted on his social network X (old Twitter) the following sentence: "Gensler, very true to his style, completely indifferent to the 2024 election (US election) and the American public, fully commits to his FAILED agenda of regulation by imposition until the bitter end. Sad." Garlinghouse stated.
Gansler is trying to prolong a dispute with Garlinghouse as long as he can. Given this conflict, expectations are great for the future of #XRP, even more so with the "Trump effect".
