Why does the agent need web3?

I summarize the existing agent x web3 into the following three stages:
Use the existing agent concept of web2 to issue coins, cash out, and end; I don’t want to discuss this, the result is a mess;
Use the existing agent technology of web2 to serve web3;

We have just transitioned from phase two to phase three.

Here, I would like to propose the concept of DeAgent, which is DeCentralized Agent.

DeAgent is an upgraded version of smart contract that is more flexible and can handle more complex tasks.
