Sometimes you have to learn to numb yourself. When ETH was transitioning to POS, I was very optimistic, bought at 200 and it dropped to 80... It really numbed me, and part of it was due to leveraged liquidation, my faith was gone at that time... My brain short-circuited, I really don't understand how mainstream coins are not as good as altcoins. I relied solely on holding... Although I didn't keep buying, I broke even. Numb myself, just buy more when there’s a big drop, keep buying. The expectation for a short-term interest rate cut in the U.S. not materializing is not good... But it should still be better than cancer stocks. In the crypto world, many times it’s only after destroying everyone’s beliefs... that it skyrockets again.
