How did I get 0.001 BTC? It wasn't difficult but it did take me a long time (a year and a half)
1.- I downloaded a Monero miner
2.- every 0.01 Monero that app exchanges them for BTC
3.- once you have 0.001 BTC you can withdraw it on Binance without commission.

You must keep in mind that this is not for the impatient. I took advantage of the computing power of some PCs that I had lying around, obviously, the processor between I5 and I7 helps you reach the goal faster.
