Dialogue with Tsinghua's Hu Yilin: Young People, Join the 'Age of Exploration' of Bitcoin!

Hu Yilin is a PhD from the Department of Philosophy at Peking University and an associate professor in the Department of History of Science at Tsinghua University. He is one of the few university teachers in the Chinese-speaking world actively participating in blockchain activities. In 2012, Hu Yilin was introduced to Bitcoin, purchasing it at 1100 yuan each, but it dropped to 600 yuan within a day; nonetheless, he continued to accumulate (in recent years, he has sold some after getting on the NFT 'pirate ship'). He has interacted with Li Xiaolai, Bao Er Ye, and Kao Mao, believing that Kao Mao has gone into hiding. After Ethereum transitioned to POS, Hu Yilin has taken a strong stance against Vitalik and the centralization of Ethereum (criticizing V as Qin Shi Huang). Professor Hu believes that participating in and supporting Bitcoin's inscriptions is because 'inscriptions are being created by Chinese people', hoping that the Chinese will also have a place in the cryptocurrency world. Finally, Professor Hu believes that if young people are merely speculating on coins, if they only hope for Bitcoin to increase by 1000 times, then they lack vision. The future world currency should be valued in Bitcoin, for example, the market value of Apple Inc. is 5 Bitcoin, and one must have a broader perspective to embrace Bitcoin's 'Age of Exploration'.
