$BTC
I have been in this market for a few years, and what I have learned is to identify points that everyone else overlooks. A few years ago, when BTC hit an all-time high, I predicted it would reach 15,000 through monthly chart analysis. Months later, it really did reach that range, and I made a lot of money. Now, years later, I am conducting the same analysis here. I don't know how long it will take, but we are going to have a massive liquidation, one of the largest liquidations in history. Here is my analysis:
1. Insufficient New Capital Flow
Despite BTC achieving impressive appreciation, the data shows that the actual market value is no longer increasing. This indicates a potential lack of new capital flow, leaving the market reliant on new investors.
2. Regulatory and Macroeconomic Risks
In the United States, discussions about implementing stricter regulations on crypto assets may limit the entry of large institutional investors.
3. Technical Pullback Signals
While the idea of BTC potentially breaking through $105,000.00 is exciting, analysts expect any solid upward movement to occur only after a reversal in this range. One concerning indicator is the Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio, which is currently at 2.7. Historically, values close to 4 indicate market tops, suggesting that BTC could experience a significant decline.
4. The Impact of 'Whales' on the Market
The accumulation by large participants has pushed prices up, but if 'whales' collectively take profits, it also increases the risk of massive liquidation. Coupled with the insufficient number of new buyers, this could accelerate a sharp decline.
Conclusion: Warning
Bitcoin may be at a critical crossroads. While the long-term fundamentals remain solid, the combination of economic, technical, and regulatory factors could lead to a significant pullback in the short term. Any breach of key support levels on the monthly chart could trigger a chain sell-off, exacerbating the potential downturn. Investors must proceed with caution.
Recently, I intended to lay in wait for a potential coin that is ready to explode; doubling is quite simple, and I am also preparing to find some potential coins to hold until the end of the year, with an expected space of over 10 times not being a problem.
