All bad news is meant to make you get off, and all the declines accompanying bad news are meant to scare you off. A bull is just a bull, the cycle will not change. To say something extreme, unless it's the end of the world, I started gradually building positions from June last year until around October last year when I fully invested. I'm not a big shot either, but based on my experience through two bull markets, I won't get off until I reach my target.
