In the investment market, getting out of a position is a problem that every investor may face. Having experienced two bull markets, I would like to share some personal experiences regarding this issue, hoping to provide some references for everyone.

When faced with a situation of being stuck at a high position, there are usually two coping strategies: one is to patiently wait for the market to rebound and seize the opportunity to exit in a timely manner; the second is to sell part of the position at a high price to reduce exposure and minimize potential losses. When the market suddenly changes direction, one should decisively cut losses and consider reverse operations to recover some of the losses.

If stuck at a mid-level price, do not rush to cut losses. At this time, one should calmly observe the market trend and wait for the right opportunity to reduce exposure. At the same time, combine technical analysis to look for opportunities to increase positions gradually to offset losses.

For those stuck at a low position, the most important thing is patience. When waiting for the market to correct, look for opportunities to get out, or appropriately reduce exposure when prices are low. Once the market trend changes, it is equally necessary to decisively cut losses and attempt reverse operations to recover previous losses.
