"Order/Disorder" encompasses a range of projects by Hobbs from 2018 to 2023, including works displayed in solo exhibitions at London's Unit and New York's Pace Gallery, with Hobbs's most famous piece likely being his collection Fidenza.

Pudgy Penguins announces the launch of the mobile game "Pudgy Party"

Following its launch on Walgreens shelves last week, Pudgy Penguins is entering the mobile gaming space with Pudgy Party, a project in collaboration with the web3 studio Mythical Games behind NFL Rivals.

Pudgy Party will launch in 2025 on iOS, Android, and the Polkadot-based Mythos Chain, promising to change the popular elimination mode by emphasizing teamwork and shared rewards. Players will reportedly dodge obstacles, customize their penguins, and work together to progress through a colorful Arctic world.

The Kansas Art + Light Museum opens

Tickets are now on sale for the grand opening of the Museum of Art + Light, a new cultural center located in Manhattan, Kansas, focusing on digital and NFT-based art. The museum will feature a rotating selection of immersive digital works in its new three-story building, including those minted on the blockchain.

The upcoming exhibition titled "Code and Canvas: Defining Digital Art in the Blockchain Era" will focus on five influential digital artists shaping today's creative landscape, with Erick Calderon, aka Snowfro, bringing his pioneering generative art to the museum, while Tyler Hobbs combines his programming background with traditional painting techniques to create dynamic visual effects through code.

Sasha Stiles will showcase her AI collaborative poetry, exploring the collaboration between humans and algorithmic language models, while Grant Yun uses minimalist, retro-style digital art to capture everyday life, and Emy Xie's work integrates contemporary aesthetics with traditional folk patterns into code-driven designs; they will be the first-time exhibiting artists at the museum.

Matt Zhang joins Whitney Museum Digital Art Committee

Former Citibank banker and Hivemind Capital Partners founder Matt Zhang has joined the digital art committee at the Whitney Museum, just days before the museum announced new development plans. Zhang posted this new appointment on X, planning to expand the museum to the Gansevoort Meat Market building near New York City's meatpacking district. Starting in mid-December, the Whitney Museum will offer free admission to all visitors aged 25 and under.

Currently, new media artist Nancy Baker Cahill's augmented reality (AR) bio CENTO can be viewed on the 8th-floor terrace of the museum and features an interactive mobile app experience.

Rekt Drinks sold out

Rekt Drinks is a new energy drink for the NFT community that caused a stir upon launch, selling 222,000 cans in just 48 hours across 32 countries.
