Altcoins appear to be compressing into a flag on the lower time frames, while maintaining bullish reversal momentum (HL).
Unlike $BTC, altcoins have yet to officially break above the channel top (or previous local top).
It's probably only a matter of time before a full-scale breakout (with a post-election outlook in mind), but a slight pullback is expected in the short term.
The next 2 weeks are likely to be volatile, so avoid leverage and don't be swayed by missteps in either direction.
