When BTC was around 60k, I started gradually spending 200 USD to buy meme coins. The value increased to 250 USD when BTC reached 73k.
Then the market plummeted rapidly, BTC "tumbled down". The account value dropped to just over 120 USD. But now that BTC has recovered to over 72k, the account value is still only around 140 USD.
Therefore, perhaps only BTC and a few high-priced coins hold value, while other coins and meme coins are just like... a pile of trash.
