Community Structure:

- Art Star: Members from the Artela Foundation who play a pivotal role in guiding the community.

- Super Star: Initially consists of 6-8 members who can apply for this status. Current Artela Ambassadors can also be promoted directly to Super Star. New Super Stars are selected from Star++ members monthly, ensuring a continuous flow of leadership.

- Star: A group of approximately 3000 active participants chosen for their engagement in community activities and campaigns. Stars are categorized by language and region, each assigned a coordinating Super Star.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Art Stars: Responsible for publishing mission tasks, guiding Super Stars, and evaluating their performance while implementing community-driven improvements.

- Super Stars: Carry out Super Star missions, focusing on content creation, hosting monthly AMA sessions, and ensuring the quality and completion of missions within their group.

- Stars: Tasked with completing Star Missions, participating in AMA sessions, and maintaining adherence to social media guidelines.

Promotion Pathways:

- Artelian to Star: Promotion based on participation and campaign completion, as well as Discord engagement.

- Star to Star+: Automatic ranking based on task completion, quality, and engagement metrics.

- Star+ to Star++: Direct promotion by Super Stars based on significant community contributions and project completions.

- Star++ to Super Star: Achieved through an automatic ranking system or by nominations from existing Super Stars, focusing on community leadership and engagement.

Incentive Plan:

The Incentive Plan is designed to reward active participants within the Star Program. Up to 1% of total tokens per year will be allocated as rewards, allowing contributors to earn rewards in Crystal, which can be converted into Artela’s native tokens.
