Trading can be intense work, full of adrenaline and strong emotions, but it is also essential to find a balance. ☯️ Staying hydrated, resting well, and taking time to disconnect is essential to perform at your best and avoid burnout. 🔋

Because beyond the speed of the market, the real key is to stay fit to face each day with renewed energy. At the end of the day, we all need the same thing: a healthy body and a clear mind to keep going. 🌟💪

Here I share 4 tips that help me a lot, even though I also have a bad eye, no one outdoes them here, quite the opposite!
