In the current situation of a falling stock market, techs wallowing in bad reports, confusion about the rate in the USA, games with the rate in Japan and Iranian-Israeli problems, there is still no reason to believe that we will fly upward in some special way - I think this is obvious. For now, I would take the level of 1920 as a target for ETH, and in case of extreme sadness even 1430. Of course, all this will need to be carefully watched and monitored.
August looks quite dull for now, unless the negativity gradually begins to be overshadowed by the positive. In which case, it would be good for us, of course, to lower the rate at an extraordinary meeting of the Fed, somewhere in the last ten days of August. But these are wishful thinking, while the forecast is 1920 for ETH until Thursday.
