5 مارچ 2026 کو نافذ ہونے والا یہ قانون
Virtual Assets Act 2026
کہلاتا ہے-

اس قانون کے بعد اب پاکستان میں:

کرپٹو کمپنیوں کو لائسنس لینا ہوگی ,صارفین کے پیسے کمپنی کے پیسوں سے الگ رکھنا لازمی ہوگا
فراڈ، insider trading اور market manipulation جرم ہوگا
مشکوک ٹرانزیکشن Financial Monitoring Unit کو رپورٹ ہوں گی

اگر کوئی شخص بغیر لائسنس crypto کاروبار کرے تو اسے:

5 سال تک قید
یا
5 کروڑ روپے تک جرمانہ ہو سکتا ہے۔

Crypto پاکستان میں:

سرکاری کرنسی نہیں
مگر اب قانون کے دائرے میں آ گئی ہے۔

یعنی اب پاکستان ڈیجیٹل فنانس کے نئے دور میں داخل ہو رہا ہے۔

سوال یہ ہے
فراڈیوں اور والیٹ چوروں کے خلاف ایسا کیا طریقہ بنایا ہے
