- There are security audits → TermMax's code is checked for vulnerabilities.
- There is a monitoring system → suspicious activity is monitored.
- There is multisig → important actions require the approval of multiple parties.
- There is a bug bounty → people are rewarded for finding security vulnerabilities.
But there are still risks:
- Smart contracts can have bugs.
- Cryptocurrency values can drop.
- Liquidity can be limited.
- Blockchains/oracles can experience issues.
- There's no guarantee of a guaranteed return.
If you lend $100: You could potentially earn interest, but that $100 still carries risk.
So the simplest conclusion: TermMax ≠ definitely safe. TermMax has various security systems, but it's still DeFi and still carries risks.
So it all depends on you, you have to be wise with everything you have, you have to know the limits in managing assets.
