4. Build around evidence. Don't trust what people say they want. Watch what they actually do.

5. Figure out distribution early. Are you reaching 100 people manually or do you need 10,000 strangers to find you? Completely different games.

6. Scale what works. Only after you've found something worth scaling.

Great businesses aren't built by people who can code fast. They're built by people who can observe, learn, adapt, and distribute.

The smartest thing you can do as a founder isn't build faster. It's slow down long enough to ask: "Who exactly am I building this for and what evidence do I have that they actually want it?"

That question can save you months. Sometimes years.
