According to BlockBeats, Jupiter has announced on social media that after a comprehensive evaluation, the original four-year mission of the Core Working Group (CWG) has been largely completed. This decision comes as the DAO enters a six-month voting suspension and reset phase. Despite a few remaining tasks, the DAO ecosystem has evolved to a point where the initial framework of the CWG is no longer necessary, as it was designed for a different era of DAO.
Morten will join the Jupiter team full-time as an operations and quality control engineer. Kemo will return to lead his project, Radiants, while maintaining his role as a community member. The remaining members will complete their work transitions within two weeks. The CWG has decided to return 4.5 million JUP tokens in full to the DAO treasury.
