Binance Alpha is a platform within Binance Wallet that showcases early-stage crypto projects with potential to grow in the Web3 space. Essentially, it serves as a pre-listing token selection pool.
While there is no guarantee, some tokens highlighted on Binance Alpha may later be considered for listing on the Binance exchange, giving users early exposure to emerging blockchain and Web3 projects.
Key Features
Discover new ideas: Find new tokens and market trends in the Web3 space.Quick Buy: Buy featured tokens faster using a simple flow in Binance Wallet.Carefully selected projects: Tokens are picked based on market signals and community interest.Alpha Earn Hub: Provide liquidity on PancakeSwap V3 directly from Binance Wallet.
How Binance Alpha Works
Binance Alpha is all about giving you early access. To get started, you just need a secure Binance Wallet and the latest version of the Binance app. You will also need some basic crypto (like BNB, SOL, or ETH) to pay for transaction fees.
Before a new token launches, you will see a countdown timer on the Alpha page. You might also see a reminder on the official Binance Wallet X account. When the timer hits zero, the token is live. You can then use "Quick Buy" to purchase it immediately.
How to access Binance Alpha
1. Log in to your Binance account and go to [Wallet] at the top of your screen.
2. After logging into your Binance Wallet, you can go to [Alpha] to explore events and the point system, or scroll down to check tokens via the [Alpha] tab.
What is Quick Buy?
Quick Buy is made to reduce the steps needed to buy a token. It is built on Binance Wallet’s Swap feature.
It can help by:
Choosing the correct network token automatically (for example, using BNB on BNB Chain).Suggesting a trade amount based on your wallet balance.Adjusting slippage automatically if you retry a transaction (this can improve success, but your price may be worse).Using anti-MEV protection to reduce the risk of certain on-chain price manipulation, especially on larger trades.
Alpha tokens are usually featured for around 24 hours. After that, they may still be visible in the Alpha area of Markets so you can continue to follow them.
Binance Alpha Box
Launched in February 2026, Alpha Box is a new Binance Wallet airdrop model where multiple projects pool tokens into one event. Users redeem Binance Alpha Points to claim a box and receive tokens of equivalent value from one of the featured projects (each box contains only one token type). Some events may also include projects that previously debuted on Binance Alpha, offering a second chance to participate.
Alpha Box events are first-come, first-served until the pool is fully distributed, and the Alpha Points threshold may decrease over time during the event. To join, go to [Alpha Events] → [Airdrop] in the Binance App/Binance Wallet, tap the Alpha Box event, and hit [Claim] (points spent are non-refundable).
Binance Alpha Earn Hub
On Binance Alpha Earn Hub, you can provide liquidity to pools on PancakeSwap V3 directly from your Binance Wallet interface. If you aren’t familiar with liquidity pools, make sure to check What Are Liquidity Pools in DeFi?.
To access the Alpha Earn Hub, go to [Alpha Events] and then [Earn]
Scroll down to explore the liquidity pools available and tap the ones you are interested to check more details or add liquidity.

Binance Alpha 2.0
Introduced in March 2025, Binance Alpha 2.0 is an upgraded version of Binance Alpha that integrates decentralized exchange (DEX) trading directly into the Binance Exchange platform. This eliminates the need for a separate Web3 wallet, making it easier for centralized exchange (CEX) users to trade DEX tokens.
Binance Alpha vs. Binance Alpha 2.0
The primary difference is that Binance Alpha operates through the Binance Wallet, while Binance Alpha 2.0 is embedded in the Binance Exchange.
Binance Alpha 2.0 allows Binance users to trade Binance Alpha tokens using their Spot and Funding Accounts without the need for an external wallet.
Note that the tokens available on both platforms are the same. What’s different is how users access and trade them.

Why did my order fail on Binance Alpha 2.0?
Binance Alpha 2.0 orders are executed through on-chain markets, where prices often have more volatility than the Binance Exchange. If the price changes quickly while your order is processing, the order is more likely to fail.
Also, if the system detects that the minimum received amount has fallen below the value shown on the trading interface prior to execution, the transaction will automatically be canceled.
