I’ve just seen, June is men’s mental health month. Unsure if it’s true or whatever but here’s a tip from me. If you’re low. Don’t worry, it happens. But things get better. No ifs, buts, nothing. THINGS GET BETTER. Just like on a chart. If you’re at a low, the next step is a pump. You just have to hold on. Do what you need to do to better yourself every day. Workout, combat sports are my no1, read, learn a new skill, sing, dance, go outside, whatever floats your boat and you can work on / improve on. Also take some time to relax, play a game, see a friend, put your phone down, have some fun. Finally share love with people. Compliment someone, give your mum / friends / family a hug, tell a stranger something you’d love to be told. Try to look out for things you like in other people and when you notice it tell them.

Musk and Trump spooking the market has given me a TON to write about in the newsletter and to talk about on youtube today. First off, I want to give myself a big ol pat on the back. Congratulations if you've been watching my youtubes and reading my newsletter. I have been putting my neck on the line and beating the same drum for weeks and we've nailed it so far. All for free. For now, I am looking at $BTC thinking; "Is this pull back enough?" We grabbed a lot of the liquidity around $101,000 but not all of it. The liquidity above us is looking nice now tbh. There is still some more below us too at around the $92 - 94,0000 region. I'm less sure we see this.

$XRP pulling into the top of the liquidity range. Tons of longs being liquidated as we can see at the bottom of the screen. However, OI is increasing as we hit liquidity, this suggests to me people are jumping into shorts here. When we reverse to the upside I think you'll see aggressive moves as shorts get squeezed. But first, let's take the $2.00 liquidity I've been calling for weeks.

$BTC.D not really moving on this pull back, normally $BTC drops less than ALTs on flushes. Thus, gaining dominance, as of right now that isn't the case. This indicates more strength than normal for ALTs on this current pull back
