According to PANews, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino revealed at the Bitcoin 2025 conference that the company has invested $2 billion in energy production, with even more invested in Bitcoin mining, and is expected to become the world's largest Bitcoin miner by the end of the year.
Ardoino also introduced the company's new AI system, named QVAC, which aims to create an AI agent with non-custodial wallets to manage funds autonomously. In addition, Tether announced a partnership with Rumble to launch the Rumble wallet, which will prioritize Bitcoin and provide stablecoin storage features.
