We've just witnessed history.
Yesterday, $BTC dumped from $71,300 to $65,400 liquidating $1.75B!
That's $2.39B total Crypto liquidations in less than 24 hours!!!
One of the single largest Crypto liquidation events since $19.24B was liquidated on Oct 10th.
Now, $63,500 - $66,000 has sizable liquidity that could be swept next.
However, $67,500 - $75,000 now has significantly larger liquidation clusters stacked up making this the 'higher probability' zone to visit next.
Bulls just got wiped out!
Yesterday, $BTC dumped from $71,300 to $65,400 liquidating $1.75B!

Historically, since the first cycle, $BTC bear markets have always bottomed out at around 0 to -0.4.
For context, we're currently at 0.42.
Hence, a lower low in price action might be needed for BTC to reach that bear market bottom level.
Might sound scary, but to me, it's an opportunity to buy Bitcoin at the cheapest price in the past 2-3 years.

But the movement of this channel is proving the opposite
Just like last time, we reached the top of the bear flag - after which a sharp decline began
Last time after this setup $BTC dropped 37%
Will this repeat now?
The pattern looks similar. But in my opinion this will NOT happen, because:
- Volume on this breakdown is significantly lower than Bear Flag 1
- RSI is already approaching oversold - less room to drop
- Funding rates went negative - shorts are already positioned
BUT if price does follow this trend and drops ~35%, it lands perfectly in the MA 350 zone
But the movement of this channel is proving the opposite
Just like last time, we reached the top of the bear flag - after which a sharp decline began
Last time after this setup $BTC dropped 37%
Will this repeat now?
The pattern looks similar. But in my opinion this will NOT happen, because:
