Protect Your Crypto With Binance Withdraw Protection 🔒

#Binance has introduced Withdraw Protection, a security feature designed for situations where digital security alone may not be enough.

It helps protect users from physical coercion by blocking all on chain withdrawals from a Binance account for a set lockdown period.
You can choose a withdrawal lock from 1 to 7 days, with 2 days as the default setting.

By default, the lockdown cannot be ended early by anyone, including the account owner. For users who want more flexibility, Binance also offers an optional Allow to unlock in advance setting, which requires extra verification like a security key and authenticator app.

During the lockdown, you can still use your account normally for trading and other functions. Only on chain withdrawals are restricted.

You can enable Withdraw Protection in the Binance app or on the web through your Security settings.
Note: iOS users need iOS 16 or above and app version 3.14.0 or above to use this feature.

For better account safety, it is still best to use other protections too, such as:

• Multi factor authentication
• Withdrawal whitelist
• Anti Phishing Code
• Passkeys
• Biometric login
