$BTC SETUP IS STARTING TO LOOK UGLY.
The CLARITY Act situation just got much weaker.
Odds of passing this year collapsed:
90% → 23%
Last time this happened, BTC moved:
$97K → $61K (-38%)
Now the SEC is preparing its OWN crypto rules.
Congress still can’t get the bill through.
My current view:
CLARITY delayed → bearish
Trump headlines → possible pump
Pump → liquidity gets taken
Liquidity sweep → selloff
BTC could still push +5% or +10% first.
But that doesn’t mean anything changed.
Headlines can pump price.
They can’t pass bills.
If BTC runs toward $100K–$105K on Trump news, I’m watching for a BULL TRAP.
The bigger move may still be lower.
