Buckingham Palace has announced that Prince Andrew has been stripped of all royal titles and privileges, including his “Prince” status, following growing public and political pressure over his connections to Jeffrey Epstein.
He will now go by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and is being evicted from his Royal Lodge residence near Windsor Castle.
This marks one of the most severe royal disciplinary actions in over a century, unmatched since 1919.
