Despite these issues, the Solana Foundation continues to promote 100% network uptime since March 2023. Slashr noted that Harmonic Major's delinquency rate is 12 times higher than the network average, resulting in delegators missing out on vote credits, inflation rewards, and MEV share during periods of downtime.
