It’s mentally draining.

It tests your patience.

It punishes the greedy and rewards the disciplined. 🧘‍♂️

At first, I thought I could turn $50 into $500 overnight. What I actually got was:

Chasing pumps and getting wrecked 🚫

Revenge trading after a loss 💥

Ignoring risk management and blowing up accounts 📛

Now? I’ve learned to treat day trading like a business, not a game.

✅ One or two quality trades a day

✅ No trading when I’m emotional

✅ Never enter without a plan

Day trading can work — but only if you respect the rules.

And sometimes, not trading is the best trade. 🙏
