The company has identified unauthorized actions, including product sales and other activities, falsely conducted under its brand.
Preliminary investigations reveal that there is no affiliation between China Minmetals and entities claiming to be Minmetals Northern Marketing Center or Minmetals New Quality Energy Industry Group. Additionally, the company clarified that it has no connection with individuals named Liang Hongjun and Hu Changfeng, who have been associated with these fraudulent operations.
China Minmetals emphasized that neither it nor its subsidiaries have engaged in international gold or Bitcoin investment businesses through websites or WeChat public accounts. The corporation urges the public to remain vigilant and verify the authenticity of any communications or business dealings purportedly involving its name.
