Webus signs $100 million financing deal to expand XRP strategy

Webus International Limited (NASDAQ: WETO), a provider of premium AI-powered mobility services, has signed a conditional Securities Purchase Agreement with Ripple Strategy Holdings for an equity line of credit of up to $100 million.

The funding will be available over a 24-month period, with drawdowns between $250,000 and $3 million depending on market conditions. Proceeds will support Webus’s XRP treasury strategy, including crypto-enabled payments, blockchain-based loyalty programs, and global expansion.

“This facility gives us flexibility to raise capital strategically while minimizing shareholder dilution,” said CEO Nan Zheng. “It reflects strong confidence in our long-term XRP vision and supports growth in North America and Asia-Pacific.”
