📊 June Trading Summary

Net PnL: +$1,980,652.37

Best Trades: $PEPE (+$656K), $ETH (+$439K)

Worst Trade: BTC Short (-$133K)

🔍 Reflections:

• Avoid shorting strong coins like $BTC, $ETH, SPX6900, $FARTCOIN

. I did fine shorting these but would have made more by shorting weaker coins instead

• Long coins with strong momentum and short coins that are weak on pumps. This worked very well

• Scalped a lot more than usual but the results were great

• Exits were well timed for taking profit and cutting losses. Managed to close most failed trades near breakeven or slightly green when the trading plan didn't work out

• Entries still need improvement. I DCA-ed more than planned on some positions. Would have been better to wait for the exact entry level instead of layering too early. Some entries were slightly above the planned level but with patience I would have had better fills and higher returns

• Took fewer trades than May but sized up on majors like $BTC and $ETH

• Cut out random low-quality tickers and focused on pairs that I know I trade well

• Best win rate so far this year with only a few red trades

• Bought into fear when CT turned bearish and it paid very well. Staying clear-headed helped

• Never short BTC ever again. Only looking to buy retracements from now on

• Some positions were oversized and felt uncomfortable so I need to manage size better

• Posting trades on Twitter or X affected my mental state more than expected so I plan to do less of that

🎯 Goals for July:

• No shorting strong coins

• Continue longing coins with strong momentum and shorting weak ones on pumps

• Be more mindful of position size and stay within my comfort zone

• Continue trimming down my watchlist, stop trading bs coins and remove coins I perform badly on

• Take more breaks, stop overtrading

Execution Discipline:

• Have better patience

• Entries need to be tighter with less unnecessary DCA

• Take fewer trades and scalp only when the setup is clean

• Stick to my conviction and ignore daily noise on Twitter/X

• Respect BTC strength and never short it again

Overall, really happy with how June turned out.
